Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and NURUK LABS INC. ("we"). By using the app "What does she want?", you agree to them and confirm you've read our Privacy Policy.

Who can use the app

You must be 18 or older. Only link with a partner who agrees to it. Either of you can unlink at any time.

What the app does

The app lets you share gift hints with your partner. We don't sell products ourselves. If you buy something, you buy it from a third-party seller, under their terms and prices.

Sponsored products and commissions

Some products are placed by brands that pay us. They are always labeled "Sponsored". We may also earn a commission when someone buys through a link in the app. This doesn't change the price you pay.

Prices and product details

Prices and product details are estimates and may be out of date. Always check the final price and details with the seller before buying.

Using the app fairly

Don't use the app to harass or pressure anyone, to break the law, or to interfere with the app or other people. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content

The app and its design, text and graphics belong to NURUK LABS INC.. You may use them only to use the app.

Links to other sites

We're not responsible for other companies' websites, products or services.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that a gift will be well received. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may end or change the service, with notice where the law requires it.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll ask you to accept them again in the app.
